Not receiving email with Community edition credentials and password

Badge

I signed up to request CE access and received the email with link however I did not receive any credentials.  I have tried the forgot password link numerous times and no email is generated.  I have checked my junk folder and have had my system admin check quarantined messages - nothing has been sent.

I have searched the forums and noted this issue has occurred for numerous users in the past, however I did not see any published solutions.   

Please advise.

As with other threads (remember to search!), check with your IT department to see if they filtered it and if they can allow-list emails from the automationanywhere.com email domain. 

If that fails, use Gmail to sign up.

Hi I tried with Gmail and my .edu and haven’t received either..
