Not received CR Credentials for Community Edition

Hi Team,

    Thanks in Advance. 

I registered to A360 Community edition 3 weeks ago and still not received CR credentials (checked in spam folder also). Could you please assist me on this.

Hi @raghav C ,

 

Your issue seems weird. Normally the mail should come maximum within 15 minutes after the registration. Could you please try to do password recovery approach by selecting the Forget Password option from the AA portal and see whether you are getting the resetting link by mail or not? 

If that is also not getting then, I strongly feel that the Mail ID which you had mention while registration would be wrong.
