It was not stuck .many times this error showed I was logout control room and login ​ but still not connecting


Can you restart Bot Agent Service and try adding device again?

yes mam i was already done this process but not connecting


I was completed support tickets process then connect with automation anywhere support team engineer and I was discuss my issue .but still not connected

I have this issue from time to time, and still did nof found a clear root-cause. This is insane. I am experiencing this issue, again, as we speek - tried everything that this forum has to offer.
