I am unable to connect my device with control room. showing following error:-

Unable to connect to the Control Room.

This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please 1. Check to see if you have network connectivity 2. Check to see if you are connected to your VPN Then, try to run the bot again.

If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

Code: registration.error

@shahankhan  check proxy settings, SSL certificate update


@shahankhan  if you can share the screen shot, will provide most suitable resolution as you mention here is generic error… 

when first time connecting device with control room… you have to update SSL certificate

Try deleting 'registration.properties' from C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere

 

Do the device registration again after this.

 

Note: You might have to navigate to the folder, putting the path directly in File Explorer, or the run might not work.
