It usually subsides after a while, when you click away, and if it persists then you could try restarting the Bot Agent and try once more.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately when it subsides, it still has not populated open apps. I tried doing another bot and discovered that I can’t browse my computer either. My connected device has been updated and shows that it’s connected.
