Title: Missing "Automation Anywhere Notification" emails preventing access to Control AA Panel

 

Please can I get some assistance in a raising a support ticket that requires immediate focus?  I am reaching out as this issue has been ongoing for a while and we have not had any success raising via these web pages:

We need to grant access for our third party contact "xxx" to access our "Automation Anywhere Control Room" for these environments: DEV, UAT, PROD.

 

The reason for this request ticket is due to an ongoing unsolvable issue up to this point (past 2-3 years) around the above members not receiving the related authentication emails entitled "Automation Anywhere credentials notification" and "Automation Anywhere user notification" or "Security Questions and answers for username":

 

"When we try and add them as users, there is a step which is to send an email to the user, which provides them with a link to validate the account but this is never received - not in there junk items, your system appears to not generate the validation emails"

 

We tried via "Administration > Users" on Admin users lines to "Resend verification email" but this did not work.

 

Can we all jump on a "Microsoft Teams Call" session to get this issue addressed please?

 

This matter is becoming business critical, can you help please?
