Local device not connecting to community CR

AA Community CR is not getting connected to local device where it keeps on loading and loading and loading at time of connection even when the fresh bot agent is installed with the correct matrix

What about all other questions like:

Username and credentials are correct?

Tried to install as Admin?

Restarted the machine?

try this and start over again from scratch:

Delete Control Room Device

I did the first step of deleting the device from the URL you shared.

Then went to uninstall the bot agent from Control Panel and restarted machine

Now when i went to install bot agent, it is now asking for AutomationAnywhereBotAgent.msi

The problem can be fixed by using the Microsoft Uninstaller to uninstall the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent, then reinstall the bot agent.

I got uninstallation and re installation done with help of IT.
But unfortunately issue remains same.

 

Marc, if you are from AA can you please arrange a call. i have registered a case with AA Support on partner portal but they are not taking it seriously, i want it for the APA Training programme

Hello Marc, I understand that you have tried to help me.

 

I have connected to AA support team they spent almost 2+ hrs and did all troubleshooting, but was unsuccessful.

Also, we have tried from my colleague’s profile which is working fine.

It seems my profile is stuck somewhere in AA DB which is leading to this. I am pasting a screenshot where it seems there is a pending execution stuck since nov 2022, is there any way i cant this clear off from AA DB, by postman or by something

 

Also they have checked this userdevices is returning 500 which should not be the case.

There is no option to delete it from queue in community version also we cannot move it to historical.
