am using Automation Anywhere Community Edition, and I am unable to run my bots. When attempting to install the Bot Agent on my PC, the installation completes successfully, but the application does not proceed to the next step automatically as expected. As a result, I am unable to connect the bot agent and run automation tasks.

I have verified that the installation finishes without errors, but the workflow does not continue, preventing me from executing any bots.

Can anyone please give me a solution for this?

@Faid You must make the Automation 360 extension active in your browser to proceed to the next step.

If the extension wasn’t automatically installed, a link appears during installation for you to install it.

If you still don’t see it, you can manually install it from this link:

Even after trying this steps I am unable to connect the bot agent and run automation tasks.

Try disabling anti-virus or firewall software. You can also try another computer -- Mac or PC.

I had the similar issue when connected to a different laptop, I solved it below following the steps below:

  • Re-Install the bot agent
  • Go to System » Services and Stop the AA services from the list for few seconds
  • Restart Chrome
  • Start the AA service and connect system again

This process worked for me.

Hi @Faid

Try

1.Open Chrome and type chrome://flags in the address bar.

2.In the search box, type Local Network Access Checks.

3.Change it from Default to Disabled, then tap Relaunch.
