IQ Bot Classifier package

Hi, I need the classifier package to create my bot in community edition. Can anyone let me know who should I approach on this? What is the contact for CSM or where can I find the link to them? I tried to send a message using the online technical support form but I do not have a business email, and personal email will not go through. Community Edition has limited packages!
