I had joined Community Edition on my old laptop and set up the bot agent. I just received a new laptop and am still a member, how to I set up a bot agent on new laptop. I am not getting an email and am not able to install the bot agent.

hey @Sue 2214, you just have to connect to your control room and install a bot agent on your device

Login to your control room on your new laptop. Click on the middle icon, and follow the instructions on screen to connect your device.
