I need to cancel the bot which got stuck in the backend due to which unable to other any other bots and there is no option to cancel this bot run. please help me on this

Hi @Raja 6314,

 

You can try stopping and restarting the Bot agent service. This will re-establish the connection between Bot runner and the Control Room.

 

If this didn’t work, refer the below KB for further fixes on this.

If restart didn't help, can you uninstall bot agent which will remove the existing mapping and give a try again?
