I have trouble with connecting to my local device. I downloaded the chrome extension but when I try to connect my device I see the warning that is unable to reach the device. Can anyone who understands this problem reason help me to solve this?

You might want to check with your IT to white list the A360 URL.
Or use your own wifi at home to test it to check too.
You can also try using Edge to figure out if it's the issue with whitelist, as the reason could vary.
