Question

I am using the A360 community version. When I try to run the Bot manually It did not get started. I just keep buffering> how can I fix this issue

Yes, I have followed all steps that you mentioned and it shows the device is connected,

not sure what the could be the reason, Why the AA bot agent is not showing in the MSc service list.image

That is odd, I haven't seen a service missing from Services.msc in a while (on anything 😀 )

Can I get this straight..

  1. You have installed the bot agent
  2. You have followed the wizard that takes you through the process to install it and then it connects to Community edition (under Manage->Devices) you should see it connected.
  3. But it isn't listed in Services ?

I have the same. I have re-installed the bot agent several times

I'm unable to identify the Bot agent services in the services.MSc.

I have installed the bot agent and am able to run the bots. Am I missing something?
