Hi, I forgot my CE password and I am nat receiving the reset password email. Can someone help me?
I faced a similar Issue. But received the mail after a few hours. I just did nothing. FYI, I had a good network and everything and kept refreshing my mailbox too for a while.
It took me a few hours. I tried resetting at 12:30ish at night and received the mail in the next 3-4 hours.
you may also reach out to the customer support team and report your issue. they always reply on time

if you already requested for the Reset Password email, try looking for it in the Junk mails.
