Hi @Kudimiramraj,

 

Login to Control Room, Navigate to Manage → Devices & delete the device and try to connect Bot Agent.

This will resolve your Issue.

Hi @Charan 8761. Could you kindly suggest what I can do when receiving the “Error occurred while performing requested operation” error when launching AARI?

if I use the other Wi-Fi networks its working fine. but when i connect with my Wi-Fi its not connecting its showing an error. even i checked my internet speed this is excellent speed of network.

attached the screen shot. could you please anyone help on this.
