How to fix the "Unexpected error getting jar attributes" error in Community Edittion?

Ensure to exclude the following Automation Anywhere folders from antivirus exclusion.

1. C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent

2. %ProgramData%\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache\embedded-resources

3. C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere

4. C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere

5. C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere

6. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere

 

if the error persists, delete the content of %ProgramData%\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache and try again.

Please ensure you have Automation Anywhere folders added to the antivirus exception list. Refer below article for the same.

@Eduardo Salem  : whitelist  the folder from antivirus  (installation drive :\ programfiles\automationanywhere\botagent )
