Device icon is not green. I am getting this error during device connection

Could you check if the Bot Agent is running?

 

Ctrl+Shift+Esc -> Services -> Automation Anywhere Bot Agent -> Running

 

If now, please start the service and try again.

The bot agent is working, I did what you said, but the result did not change. thank you for your help

Its an odd issue, you could try raising a ticker with Automation Anywhere and let the Product Experts have a look at it.

 

Also, if you happen to find a resolution, we'd appreciate it if you could share it here with us, as it will help others facing similar situation.
