I am getting the attached error.

Also, i am not able to see the option to enter the password.AA

Could you please check whether Bot Agent Services are running or not?

Hello - I'm facing the same issue with the community edition.

  1. Confirmed Automation Anywhere Bot agent service is running and I have also restarted it a couple of times but I am unable to save credentials successfully and keep couldn't save credentials.
  2. Uninstalled Automation Anywhere Bot Agent and reinstalled it but still no luck.
