Hello. This is my second posting, the situation still has not been resolved. I need to delete the Device from my dashboard so that I may reinstall the agent. However, it is still locked on my account stating that a bot is currently being deployed.

You may try the following method.

  1. Stop the BOT Agent service.
  2. Remove the Device by accessing Manage → Devices.
  3. Restart the BOT Agent service.
  4. Add the Device again.
