Hello Team, I’m processing the documents it is coming as pending execution and showing as connecting to the bot agent device. Later it is moving to unknow status and i am unable move the task to history.

Hello Team, I’m processing the documents it is coming as pending execution and showing as connecting to the bot agent device. Later it is moving to unknow status and i am unable move the task to history. Please find the below screenshot. Due to this issue i am unable to run my next bots unless i restart the AA service.

      Hi ​@Ram 2943 ,

       

      Since you are having the Community Edition, the fix for such issue is very limited as the Admin access is lacking. Restarting the Bot Agent service is the best thing you can do on such occasions.
