Please confirm have you installed Bot Agent in your machine and device is registered to CR?

Can you restart Bot Agent Service and try again?
Steps for Restarting Bot Agent Service :
- Click on Windows+R
- Type services.msc
- Hit Enter
- Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service
- Right Click and Restart
I cannot see it on the list :(
