I am trying to trigger Automation Anywhere BOT using Service Now Trigger command. However, we are getting below error even after entering all the details correctly -
An unexpected error occurred. ServiceNow OAuth Authentication failed, please verify your Client ID, Client Secret, Username and Password. If all information is correct, please verify documentation for configuring ServiceNow OAuth plugin. Status: 401 Details: {"error_description":"access_denied","error":"server_error"} Please contact system administrator.
I have checked Client ID, Client Secret, Username and Password are correct.
