Forgot password not working. Not receiving any mails. Also there is No response from community@automationanywhere.com

Hi Team,
I am trying to access community edition control room. After clicking on forgot password it is not sending any mails to my ID. I have sent an email to Community@automationanywhere.com but there is no response from community@automationanywhere.com
Please assist.
