Facing Slowness in AA360 Community Version

Hi,

I’m Facing Slowness in AA360 Community Version. My internet speed is good.

  1. Unable to run Bot it shows notifying device for long time.
  2. Unable to capture objects using recorder.
  3. Downloading dependencies taking hours of time, session getting expired before that.

Please help me to resolve this.

You’re right -- internet speed is probably the primary factor.

Another factor is the RAM and CPU on your computer. If you have the recommended 8GB+ of RAM but have a lot of applications (or tabs) open, the system may not have enough memory to work adequately.

Check your free hard disk space, too. Having an SSD is going to be better than having a hard drive.

Also check your task manager to see what is causing the slowdowns.
