Facing an issue while capturing the object & running the bot using AA360 community edition , its taking lot of time but process is not running & Not capturing the objects..

@Hi Team,

I am using AA360 community edition and facing issue while capturing the object & running the bot , its taking lot of time but process is not running & Not capturing the objects.. below i have attached the screenshot for you reference

Already ticket raised in afternoon : Case 01801073 , but it was closed because it was raised through mail

 

Kindly help me to get it resolve ASAP.

    Hi Team,

     

    Please respond on this issue , since we are facing this issue from yesterday, we are not able to Run the Bot & not able to capture the object also.

     

    Its blocking our POC development part ,Kindly help me to get it resolve this issue ASAP.
