I use Excel advanced package in my bot it works well, The team worker can open the file but can’t save modifications.

Are you able to save the excel file using the Excel-Advance package?

This sounds more like a file access issue than an Automation Anywhere issue. The only other cause of not being able to save changes is if the file is still open.
You can validate this by having your team worker use Save As… in Excel to save a copy elsewhere.
