Excel Advanced package

Excel Advanced open command is not working from past 4 days in Community Edition and few more commands as well , its not working for my friends and colleague as well , please anyone can provide some solution for this issue

Solution: Re install office 365 in your machine and reboot your system.

 

For uninstalling  the office please refer this KB :

I’m not seeing the same thing. Could you give some more specifics? Where is this Excel file located? What errors are you getting? Has IT placed some restrictions on your system recently? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your Bot Agent?

there are multiple errors coming now with automation anywhere CR 

1 Aw Snap 

2 Contact your system administrator

3 cannot open excel 

I am really fed up of this A360 tool 

attaching the below SS you can see it, hope you get some solution for this issue.
