​@SibasisSinha Searching this forum, the consensus is for you to uninstall and reinstall Office. Something broke and it will take way longer to troubleshoot it than to just refresh your Office install, which should fix it.

Thanks for quick reply. 

I am working in a IT company and BOT is on a remote machine which is a common server for other employees also.

We have other BOTs running on server , dealing with excel (“Excel Advance: Open” action) and no problem for them.

So, re-installing excel on remote server may not be easy job just for my BOT’s issue.

Do you have any other suggestion please ?

I already tried that (version change) but still no luck.

Sometimes, orphaned Excel processes or COM instances from previous runs can cause the advanced Excel package to hang. Can you add an additional logic to kill any active Excel session just before your Excel Advance: Open action?

if your excel has any

1. add-ins enabled?
2.  Hiiden sheets? (not required for processing).
3. Contains Chart/s?    Then select these check-box (available in Excel advanced: Open) according to the excel and process requirements.
