I’m trying to create an workbook in A360, but it fails to create with the following error pop-up.
I’ve pre-installed Microsoft office 2021 apps with lifetime validity.
I’m using the latest version of excel advanced package (I’ve tried older versions also and getting the same problem)
Has anyone experienced this issue?
Also can anyone guide me, what is the root cause and if there is any solutions to this issue?

Verify if you can create an Excel file manually at the same path. Change path if so or check permissions under directory

I’m able to create manually in that path. I tried to create the excel programmatically as well using python and it works just fine.
In A360, I can’t create excel at any location, I get the same issue every time.
