In your browser, check to make sure the Automation Anywhere extension is added and is active. You can also turn it off then on and see if that helps.

Your screen shot also shows that you have a very high resolution screen and that you’re using a high zoom amount to make the text readable. That won’t cause the error you are showing but could cause some other Recorder weirdness, such as objects that don’t appear to line up when recording.

Should that happen, consider changing your screen resolution down and changing your zoom to 100%. It won’t look as pretty but should automate more consistently.
