I have been re doing the Bot course and tried to create the Bot using chatGPT. I got the secret key from open AI website and followed the steps showed on the video.
However, it is not working and this message appears:

As the article says, a “429” error means you’re sending requests too quickly. That is probably not the case. One thing to consider is the size of the transcription you’re sending. Make sure you’re within the limits for your subscription. If you’re using the free tier, it’s 1024 characters only.
