Email for Password Reset on Control Room - not coming through

​@Lori_in_Canada Is this related to an Automation Anywhere control room (e.g., Community Edition, the Pathfinder Training Camp, etc.)?

If no email comes through, not even in Spam or Junk, then it’s probably being filtered by your IT department.
