Document automation community edition Extraction Failed

Dear Support Team,

I am currently learning “Automating Data Extraction From Documents Using Document Automation (Automation 360)” using Community Edition.

I can successfully:

  • Create learning instances
  • Upload invoices
  • Run normal bots successfully from my connected device

However, Document Automation extraction always fails during the extraction step with status “Extraction Failed”.

I have already tested:

  • New learning instances
  • Simple invoice samples
  • Minimal extraction fields
  • Restarting Bot Agent/services
  • Verifying package and Bot Agent versions
  • Device connectivity

Normal bots with Message Box run successfully, so the device connection is working properly.

Could you please help check whether this is related to Community Edition Document Automation service/runtime configuration or any known issue?
