Do we need to follow AARI or Modular bot implementation for large projects in AA ?

I am new to the Automation Anywhere , I have confusion that If I wanted to develop a large automation project as per the AA standards which practice should I follow, Do I need to use AARI process or modular bot , Please clarify me .
