I am having difficulty connecting my device/laptop once I log into the Community Edition control room.
As a new user, my device has never successfully connected. Are there suggestions on what to try or support articles to review that will help getting past this issue?

Otherwise, the Bot Agent communicates with the Control Room over port 443, which is the same as HTTPS web pages. This is not typically blocked by IT departments.
