Device is not connecting to A2019 control room I am using A2019 community editon and bot Agent is installed and bot agent service is running How to resolve this??


I am getting this error:

This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please

1. Check to see if you have network connectivity

2. Check to see if you are connected to your VPN

 

Then, try to run

Would you be so kind as to include some screenshots of the error you are currently facing?

 

What is the status of the connection in your control room?

Is the Device shown "Connected" as below??

DevicesIs the properties panel shown in green as shown below?

 

Local Device 

Please include them, as it provides us clarity into the issues you are facing.

This might sound like a silly question to ask, but is your machine connected to the network?

 

Maybe you have low internet connectivity, or maybe your office network requires you to connect to a VPN before accessing the Control Room.

 

Is this the message that pops up with you press Connect in the Properties Panel?

Yes,This Error Message Pops on Clicking connect
