Hi,

I have installed auto downloaded bot agent. After the installation I can see two launchers Automation Co-Pilot and Launch Automation Anywhere Bot Agent.

All the stages in below image was in green color on installation, but always device showing in disconnected mode.

Please help me on this.

Thanks,

Dipin Dev P

Check any third-party firewall or anti-virus applications that may be blocking traffic from the Bot Agent. It  communicates over port 443 (HTTPS).

Check inside Task Manager -→ Service window

Whether Bot Agent service is running or not.

I’ve restarted the agent but still the same issue

Hi @Rajesh 6499,

how this looks on your side?

Is your username and credential set up correct?

Cheers

Marc

Hi Marc Mueller,

Yes it looks like this.

Hi Aaron.Gleason,

I’ve reinstalled my OS as well but did not help.

Thanks

@Rajesh 6499

It shows connected… 🤔

What is your current problem now?

Hi @dipindevp,

is your one solved?

Cheers

Marc

Hi Marc Mueller

As its not getting connected here, I’m unable to run any bots.

@Rajesh 6499

but your device state it’s “connected” under “devices” table?

If so - maybe this will help:

Hi Marc Mueller,

Yes its connected on device under device table.

@Rajesh 6499,

Is your system present in the dropdown list? (try the refresh icon)

@Rajesh 6499, someone on my YouTube channel mentioned that he/she has problems because the system date/time was wrong…🤔

@Rajesh 6499  can you check if AA agent installation under public folder ? if not use admin account to install AA agent.

Also check if control room is SSL certificate if yes, update SSL certificate in runner machine.
