We are getting this error message :  Credential could not be found in the credential vault.

Could you please help us to solve it ?

Did you add the credential to a locker?

Can we have screen shots of the credential vault entry and the action(s) where you’re trying to use the credential?


Please find attached  the screenshot.

 

 


It appears you added the credential to the vault and a locker. If you try to re-select those credentials in that Email: Connect action, are they available?
