Control room login Issue

Hello All, 

 

I am currently using the community edition of automation anywhere control room, and i am facing a persistent log in issue. I only get 1 successful log in per password. i am then met with the following message upon the next sign in.

Either your username or your password is incorrect

This may be due to a misspelling or because your Caps Lock is on. To continue, please retype your username and password.

Code: UM1110

 

I know i am using the right credentials because i not only have them saved but i also have them written down. i am able to reset my password when this happens, but again it only works for a single sign on before it forces me to change it again. 

 

Its also worth mentioning that this issue only occurs in the control room, i am still able to sign into pathfinder and A360 university without issue. I have also attempted to uninstall and reinstall the bot agent, and i have tried signing in on multiple machines and different browsers. I’ve also tried clearing browser cache, with no success.

try to use on some different device and see if the issue is persist
