Hello,

At 26th April 2025, control room devices got disconnected at the time of 12AM. I have 1 creator and 2 runner machines all are got disconnected. With the help of IT Infrastructure team I un-installed the bot agent and installed the bot agent its connected at 28th April 2025 11AM and again at midnight it got disconnected. Please suggest some ideas to resolve this.

Hi @Mukesh Babu ,

Could you please help me with the Type of Installation you have?
That is, whether it is Cloud or On-Prem?

Also, please check with your backend team to know if they have implemented any changes especially with the Group Policy or not.

It’s cloud server and my Backend team confirms that they didn’t change any group change. If they did why should it connect at morning and disconnect at midnight.

Well, you said it got connected only after reinstalling the Bot agent. Group Policy can affect some system service to stop by its own especially if they are set to run automatically.

I would recommend checking the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent service status during the next occurrence of this issue to rule out the above assumption.
