If it was your company email address, check with your IT department and have them allow-list “automationanywhere.com” email addresses.

This has already been done - the first mail I have received from automationanywhere.com has been put on hold and then I have “permitted” it in order to be a part from my personal Permit list. 

I do receive other mails from automationanywhere.com, just did not get the credentials. 

When I try “forgot password”, this also does not work.

By the way, tried my personal gmail and yahoo - I also did not receive the mail with log in details. So, I was wondering if there is an issue overall.

​@KalinaKr That’s a valid concern if all those “tricks” didn’t work. I’ll escalate this internally and see if there is an issue.
