Hello There,
I’m getting above error, and I changed the scaling to 100% in control panel display settings but I still can’t capture any element using recorder action.
Are there other ways to do so or to fix this issue?

Please try with below options
- monitor with 1366 x 768 or higher resolution
- the browser zoom level should be 100%
- Update Recorder Package: Sometimes, updating the Recorder package to the latest version can resolve compatibility issues.
Enable Browser Extensions: If you are working with web applications, ensure that the necessary browser extensions for Automation Anywhere are installed and enabled.
