cannot connect device

Try these steps:

  1. Delete the device in Manage > Devices. Then try reconnecting your Bot Agent.
  2. Uninstall your Bot Agent and reinstall it.

If these don’t work, reply and we’ll try something else.

It doesnt show any device in devices. When i run bot i installed botagent then i added extension and then it gives me this erorr
