Can't log in to Automation Anywhere Community Edition

 When I key in my Username: XXXXXX & then Password: XXXXX it appears UM1110. I am not able to log in.  I have key in forgotten password & received from Helpline. & reset password & able to log in once. It seems have not internet connected to my PC, when I log out & try to log in again, The UM1110 appear. Need helps to solve this.

    This is something technical issue. Wait for some time and try to login again or reset the password.
