I had an account before and I could access the free community bot development before this in which i used to learn RPA. But now, I can't access it anymore. I am 100% sure my password I entered is correct but for some reason it still says its the wrong password. When I requested a password change, the mail was not sent to my email account even in the spam folder. Can someone help me resolve this issue. I don’t know who to contact.
+10If you haven’t received the email and you’ve done the usual (checking spam folders, etc.), your old account is probably gone, purged after some inactivity. (I don’t know this for a fact.) Your best bet is to sign up for a new account.
