Trying to capture from a Citrix app using Community Edition, but not working (i.e. red frame not activated)

Are you able to use the Universal Recorder on other platforms? 


Hi @Padmakumar , even though I have the remote agent enabled.

, when I try to use the Action below:

In Citrix application, the red frame (to capture an area) is not showing up or enabled.  Any other local app or website is ok.
