Bot running window in the down right corner is not showing, so the client cannot monitor it neither pause it.

This response is for Enterprise edition only. Your system administrator can turn off the Bot Agent window by default.

Administration > Settings > Devices > Advanced Options > Bot Launcher JVM Options

If they added “-Dbot.agent.ui=false”, the Bot Agent window will not be displayed by default.

If you’re not using Enterprise edition, try uninstalling your Bot Agent, cleaning out the \ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere folder, and reinstalling your Bot Agent.


@Aaron.Gleason Hi, in our CR there is no value in Bot Launcher JVM Options field and it is blank and it is still not showing Run time window. We tried re-installing the bot agent as well. Still run time window is not popping. Any solution?
