bot problem automation anywhere

Forum|alt.badge.img+3

I have a problem with a scheduled robot. When I launch it on the machine in question, it launches normally and feeds the output file. But when it's launched automatically it doesn't feed the output file. Can you please give me an idea of the problem?

Please check if it is able to connect to the machine while in automated mode. It must be able to unlock the VM and deploy the bot. Audit logs would help you to find this.

Does your bot runs when it is scheduled? Do you see the logs of bot getting triggered. Also, Please check the audit logs.

The bot is launched everyday and now i have this issue it doesn’t work and I have an empty output. The problem is that when I enter to the virtual machine specified and I run it, It works. But, when it runs automatically I got an empty output.

Also make sure the bot runner user has access to write the file. As stated above, the audit logs and bot runner logs would be able to tell you the exact issue.
