Bot Agent "user not logged in" device credentials Error

Hi, I have installed the Bot Agent for A360, when I run the bot it asked to add device credentials. On giving the information I am facing the same error “User not logged in”. Note that my computer has a domain added, so I am adding a name like “domain-name\username”. I have also tried the following methods but no success so far.

  1. If in a domain DOMAIN\UserName
  2. If not Username
  3. If that doesn't work .\username
  4. If that doesn't work hostname\username

Hi @raheel.ashraf ,

To find your domain and username, open a command prompt and type “whoami”.  Put that in the Device credentials window and Update credentials, as seen below.  Note: If you’re not on a bot runner, you don’t need to fill out a password
