Blank botlauncher.xml

I am trying to setup debugging and found the file to update, but the xml file is empty! how can I restore this or is it a case of “steal” it from another bot creator?

    Think I have posted this in the wrong community, as we are running enterprise, I have managed to get a copy of this file and nodemanager-logging.xml from one of our bot runner servers and updated the logging from INFO to DEBUG.
